Peanut Butter and Banana Grain Free Doggie Biscuits
This recipe is a real winner when it comes to baking up a batch of Beau's Biscuits!
As Beau's Biscuits is completely grain free, working with the flours can feel different. The mix is generally a little more crumbly and has less elasticity given the lack of gluten.
This means when you kneed the mix together and roll it out, you also massage it together with your hands to then create the yummy biccies for your pooch.
The basic Beau's Biscuit recipe calls for an egg and water, but you can certainly jazz it up a little by adding a banana and peanut butter! And, why wouldn't you as dogs love both!
Here's the recipe...
Ingredients
2 cups of Beau's Biscuits Baking Mix
2 eggs
1 cup of smooth butter
1 banana
Method
Place all ingredients in a thermomix or blender, or just mix and kneed it together with your hands.
Blend/Mix until it mixes into a dough
Roll out and cut out with cookie cutters
Line a baking tray with baking paper
Bake on 180 degrees for 15 minutes

Hi Jennifer – our mixes are available in Australia. We are an Australian small business. The ingredients for each of our mixes can be found on the product pages.
What is in Beau’s Biscuits Baking Mix? I would like to seek an alternative here in Australia. Thank you, Jenny K.
I recently purchased the pumpkin donuts mix and made the recipe with the banana, egg and peanut butter and a little bit of water. Dough came together so nicely and was easy to roll out and cut (I also purchased the bone cookie cutter). 15 minutes in the oven and they were done. Used 2 cups of the baking mix and made 60 biscuits, very happy with it will definitely be trying the other mixes. Most importantly though, my 3 dogs loved them!!!! Like seriously loved them and the kids loved to help make treats for the dogs.
